how to put together your custom blend caps

I have a capsule machine 00 size capper
its a breeze capping just one ingredient
now for my dumb ass question
how do i do a custom formulation?
ie 50mg such and such per cap along w/ 500mg of another in the same capsule without it being a pain in the ass?
if anyone else has a capsulemachine it does 24 caps at a time

i do this all the time with nutras yellow gold and banaba extracts. what i usually do is make a cap with 200mg of banaba and 300 of the yellow gold. i have the same capper as you so what i do is take 200mg multiply by 24 to get a total of 4.8 grams, and then 300mg x 24 caps = 7.2 grams. so i weigh out each individual powder in the total amounts 4.8g and 7.2g respectively. then just put one ingredient in first and then do the second one and i just keep tamping it until i fit it all in.

ive thought about this a few times. its hard to figure out how much of what will fit in a cap because some things compress a TON and some dont compress at all (glucosamine...its like sand). sanchez has a good idea. i would just estimate 700 mg/cap and mix in the proportion of both and if u have a scale u can take one out and weigh it and find out for sure
