Proper use of Cissus, Taurine and creatine?

Basically, this is what I have:
Cissus Quadrangularis 500mg Capsules 20:1 extract

I am starting with 1 a day, but really @140 pds how much do I need to take to see benefits? I am stacking with green tea caps, sesamin, fish oils glucosamine/MSM to lose BF. I am 37 and want to save my joints and have some anti imfammatory effects as well.

Also have some old taurine powder and Creatine I am going to blow through.

Is Cissus something you can stay on or should it be cycled off?

It seems a mixed bag to me Cissus, glucosamine and oil + tea I understand joints and body fat. IMO low and steady 'cause like your joints shouldn't be causing any trouble for years unless your recovering from injury, in which case need a specialist.

Taurine and creatine really for muscle building?

I bought the taurine, mostly to stack with the creatine for volume. Might as well use it, your saying it useless?

When you say low on the Cissus, are you saying 500mg (1 cap or 2 caps @1000mg) I dont expect it to be a magic fat burner. I just keep reading of all these success stories with cissus healing this and that.

Thats the point - injury recovery. I don't think you are injured.

If you are using it for prevention (for future old age) I don't see why dosage is important, I would just use the minimal. Glucosamine and oil (omega-3 omega-6) seems fine. Its just my opinion though. I suspect there is more to this question, but with the information here then I really wouldn't be that worried.

Taurine /creatine - not useless its just its seems a bit off topic.

Your right I am not really injured however I suffer from constant headaches and wanted to see If stacked with Oils/Sesamine/Fever Fu/Glu If I could cut down the excedrin I take. I do have a nagging pull that comes around my my chest when I start heavy biceps and Im 37 coming off a long lay off again. The Taurine/creatine is mainly a staple I guess now. I also take low does Clonezepam so I am taking less with this supp stack so far.

The dosage questions was for the fat loass effects, my research leads to lots of health benefits for Cissus.
