Training will be roughly:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Chest/Shoulders
Off days taken as needed

Sets: 8-12 for legs/chest/back, 2-5 for shoulders/arms/calves

Reps: 5-10, rest pause style on most stuff, i.e. complete reps until failure, then pause 5-10 seconds, complete reps until failure, usually this means 1-3 more reps depending on exercises.

Cardio: 30-60 minute long sessions 3-5 times per week after training, at roughly %60-70 max heart rate.

Diet will be roughly:
Protein: 200-225grams
Fat: 40-60grams
Carbohydrates: 30-50 grams
Calories:whatever that adds up to duh

Refeed (CHO based) are taken as needed, which will probably be every 5-7 days.

Supplements:
Everyday:
ActivaTe Xtreme: 3 x 2 caps per day
Creatine Mono: 3-5 grams before/after training
Beta-Alanine: 2 grams before/after training
BCAA's (Xtend): 5-10 grams before training/after training/on morning cardio where applicable
7-OH (cortisol modulator) (Lean Xtreme) 3 x 1 cap per day

When needed:
Venom 3.0 (for appetite suppression)
N-Cinerate (for appetite suppression)
Shock therapy (for workout intensity)

noticed a nice relaxation feeling from the rhodiola in the activaTe, which is funny because e-bol never did that for me, probably different extractions who knows

but i honestly did feel quite confidentin the gym, which is weird for 5 straight days of ****ing <60grams net carbs

felt very agressive in the gym tonight, even though i feel rundown from this lack of calories. no new extra pimpes or anything today, which is different from the last 3 days, however i have started to wash my face 2x a day now (i usually don't have to....)/ im not noticing any increase in body temperature following dosages of ACT. X. did feel a pretty good pump (for the cals im on) tonight. no changes in aggression outside gym.

as far as sexual stuff goes, i seem 'harder' down there, however there seems to be no difference (from my POV or my girl's) in semen volume, which is weird but it could be due to the icariin being a higher extract and thus not possesing that effect that epimedium usually does. feeling a little bit hornier than usually, but then again my cals are about %30-40 below maitenance and thus a drop in libido is to be expected.

ActivaTe Xtreme Log Summary

ActivaTe Xtreme was used on a rather severe cut by myself. Calories were kept 700-900 calories below maitenance, another 300-600 calories were expended 5-7 times per week via cardiovascular exercise, this is in addition to weight training 5-6 times per week. Dosing was scheduled as 2 caps every 12 hours; however in the latter stages of the log I implemented an additional cap into each per-12-hour dosing. This proved to be a worthy addition, as effects became noticeably more pronounced, and sides were still kept to a minimum.

Beginning Weight: 196-198
Ending Weight: 191-193
Beginning Body fat: %8.78 via 3-site caliper calculation
Ending Bodyfat: %7.56 via "..."
Strength: see logs but for most part it was maintained (+/- %5)
Psychological Effects: slight alpha male feeling at 2 cap/12 hours; however that feeling became intense @ 3caps/12 hours. The best aspect of this product
Vasodilation (sexual and muscular): noticeable, but not to a degree where it is a selling point; just another awesome aspect of Divanil.
Erection Frequency: probably a %10-20 increase but I don't exactly track it. This definately increased @ 3cap/12 dosing though.
Side Effects: Next to nothing; no lethargy (thank God because E-bol's rhodiola about killed my want to live), no hypo- or hyper-glycemia (from Divanil, see Dinoiii's log), no nipple irratation, slight oily skin during the first week that dissipated after week 1.

Summation of Positives:
*Increased positive mood
*Increased alpha-male mentality
*Increased vasodilation
*Maintain strength on a caloric deficit
*Next to no side effects
*A good value (30 day supply for $35-$42)
