This looks very solid to me 300! I am going start about the same cycle in May..only still not sure if I am going to pulse or just go for the full force cycle:think: .. good luck :cheers: I ll be watching this!

one question: Why the extra Hawthorn Berry..there is enough in AI CS I think..

Your BM's will be very pricey, lol. Good luck mang. Solid frame, lots of room to grow. Why dont you save the green mag and hyperdrol for after your PCT to keep momentum.

Believe it or not, I take even more supplements but, they are nootropics and not related. I just plan everything out before and stick to the schedule!

one question: Why the extra Hawthorn Berry..there is enough in AI CS I think..
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules, 3 times daily, with meals. Serving Size: 2 Capsules = Hawthorn Berry 1.1 g

1.1G x 3 = 3.3G/day

AI =1G

You cant really "overdose" on HB but, i dont see why a lil extra would hurt :)

I want to keep growing... So, Im going to take a week off from all supplements, then go with the "regular" supplements till October/November for superdrol or something stronger. Havent thought it all out yet... When I go out I dont drink alcohol, I dont smoke, I spend most my time working, school, gym, studying. So, why not spend some money to make myself feel better :)

Yesterday was chest/shoulders/tris

Had to do it easy on the chest as I pulled a muscle 2 weeks ago.

I went into the gym to kill my shoulders and tris as they take the worst beating at work and heal the fastest. Let me just say it was almost impossible to drive home :)

Tomorrow is back/traps/bis

I really do "feel" an extra something after taken havoc. Tomorrow will be taking dosage of 20MG, so 1 in the morning and 1 before workout. Should be interesting!

As mentioned at the top i weighed myself at 185 but, at the end of the day/before bed im at 198 LOL. My morning crap and piss brings me to the numbers 185-90

Been awhile since ive posted in the thread!

I basically kill myself in the gym and eat till i throw up

Im weighing in at 205 (its almost been 2 weeks since the start).

May get pics tonight or tomorrow :)
