IDS Testofen-x (fenugreek extract)
Used this one for 4 weeks, 2 caps, 2 times a day.
Two weeks into it I was scared I wasn't going to see any effects, or even a placebo.
Fast forward to week 4, and my fears were realized. I can't attribute a single physical / mental effect to this. It was a disapointment, as I was hoping to find a natural T booster that worked...but this wasnt it.
