Blue-Sugar-short.jpg

I want to thank the controlled labs crew for sending me a bottle of blue sugar. I have always liked there profiles and there outlook on ingredients and formulas. I have tried about 80% of there line up and everything lived up to my expectations or exceeded it and you know how I am very honest with supps that I think work and ones that don’t work that well.
Little about blue sugar

Description
Blue SugarTM:is the most powerful insulin driver and nutrient delivery enhancer on the market. Nutrient partitioning is the concept that the body can be activated to deliver nutrients, such as carbohydrates and protein, to the tissues we want (muscles) and not to the tissues we don’t want (adipose tissue or fat). This can be accomplished by activating insulin, the hormone that activates transporters of carbohydrate and protein, on muscle cells but not on fat. The ingredients in Blue SugarTM have demonstrated nutrient partitioning in studies, where muscle cells pull in the nutrients and calories, while fat cells remain unaltered, or even shrink! These ingredients include:
5-gram Banaba Leaf – Insulin mimetic that has been shown to inhibit the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates
500mg Berberine HCL – Plant alkaloid that has been found to be as powerful as pharmaceuticals for enhancing glucose tolerance.
250mg Agmatine Sulfate – Metabolite of L-Arginine that enhances insulin sensitivity and reduces blood glucose.
200mg Cinnulin PF – Cinnamon extract that supports healthy blood sugar, body composition, and blood pressure.
What sets this formula apart from the competition is its precise combination of insulin mimetics, glucose disposal agents, and sensitivity activators, so that insulin has helpers to do the work AND can do its job better with more results! So get those calories in, and then put them to work with Blue SugarTM!

With the dosing - I usually have 2 meals a day with 150g of carbs each. Should I dose 2 caps prior to each? Or just do 4 caps before my first one ?

Food porn - thin crust coal fired pizza
Also made baked chicken to go with it - chicken thighs under the broiler thenadd a little bbq a few min before it’s done. Makes it nice and crispy.

I would either do all at one meal or experiment with splitting and see which treats you better. The agmatine won’t be as effective with a split dose but the berberine won’t care. More convenient definitely to do one dose.

Dosed blue sugar pre lunch (4 pills) and consumed 150g of carbs from rice. I dosed blue sugar 15 min prior and felt very light after I ate. Without a solid gda after a meal like that I feel bloated as fuk. I had 50g of carbs with breakfast but that was my post workout meal so gda’s are not beneficial after working out and better used the meal following post workout meal

Since I workout in the am on the weekends I enjoy the blue sugar prior to my lunch. I feel really solid going into dinner and have virtually any bloat. I am carb sensitive and after a heavy carb meal I usually feel horrible and feel fat. I know it has something to do with my hypothyroidism (advanced hoshimoto disease) and it’s so much easier to handle with gda’s

150g rice with no bloat is definitely a positive! I know exactly what you mean, feeling the difference in “weight” on the digestive system.

Been dosing 4 blue sugar with morning or afternoon meals since those are my heaviest in carbs lately. At 4 caps this gda sure does work. No bloat what so ever. And no nasty burps/stomach discomfort that I get from some gda’s. Thinking of logging my workouts or just food since this is a gda and does not effect my workout lol

Today’s breakfast was 2 whole what bagels one with veggie cream cheese other with scallion. These are all my carbs for the day and decided to have it am since I was feeling very tired.
Dosed 4 caps blue sugar prior to meal

2 bagels usually makes me feel bloated and gross but the blue sugar is doing its job. I felt great afterwards and now 3 hours later I still feel light and not heavy at all.

If you want to give it a shot, I had good luck on really carb heavy days running 3 caps for 2 different meals. Even at 6 caps in a day, there was no stomach discomfort or digestive issues. Plus berberine is excellent for the liver too so if you run cycles it can help with the liver as well. Not enough to be your support supp but enough to support your support supp.

Sounds good
Maybe I’ll try three twice a day

Took 4 pills prior to yesterday’s meal and it works great. Even after that bagel and avacado I did not feel bloated or any heartburn like stated.

Well, the dim sum was for science, so naturally it was your duty to test it, really...
