same! good thing I was in this thread or I would have for multiple days lol. Just to be clear it sounds like @noaddedhormones is still suggesting the 6 pills a day, just split up into 3 different servings of two pills at a time.

Thanks for the reply. Got a,bottle of KS in the pantry right now that I'm dying to try, but I'm waiting until I get back into a,gym and get a second bottle. Living vicariously through others right now.

Day 7:

Pumps are easily comparable to a PH (Halo, Epi, Etc....). Drying out still, fat seems to be burning from lower stomach.

Worked out shoulders tonight and my shoulders are noticeably bigger than they were 7 days ago.

Following hard, I have just started yesterday excited to see how it goes.

I just had some pizza for a birthday at work before and got lunch in 30 mins, I wonder if I should take the dose now or wait for dinner? what would you do haha.

Mood is alittle aggressive, but I try and get 6 caps in before I workout.....sometimes is 2 pills 3x a day or 3 pills 2x a day

This is my second day and I did back tonight, oh my lord the pumps.... I dont know if I was tired or it was the extreme pumps but I did struggle to get my pull ups done coz they felt so pumped and fatigued haha

Fell off last 2 days, my brother just got back from a deployment.

Side note, Back and Bi's pump was insane. Had 2 fellow gym members ask for advice because of my pump....

really liking K1ngslayer and masscare combo atm, about week and a half in and feel pump 24/7 and feel like my arms have grown a little, might be the pump... but also my serratus anterior seems to have grown hahah
