Just started Vector today and will run for the next 12 weeks, I have about 2 weeks left of Ep1logue and once finished I will throw FD into the mix. I'm 34 currently running 5/3/1 and sitting @ ~20% bf. Goal is to recomp and hopefully get down to around 15% bf. I had a DXA scan just over 2 weeks ago and will get another one at the end of my 12 week run.

Diet is keto and generally OMAD. Plan is to eat between 1800-2200 cals a day and may increase after I lean out a little more. Other supps I will be taking daily are:

CL Oximega 4 caps
600 mg Ashwagandha
Multi Vitamin
2 caps Glycoshield
PES Shift
Ergonine

Weight today was 187 which is a bit of water as I was out of town for the weekend and ate a large amount of carbs. Regular weight last week was between 180-182.

Went to visit family for Easter weekend and lots of food was had including a whole bunch of Easter candy. Weight dropped back to normal much quicker than usual. Really going to crack down on the diet now.

What do you eat? If this happens to me I try a glass of milk or half scoop of protein with fibre and find that is good

I try to limit it as I’m still trying to drop a few pounds, usually it’s a protein bar or shake. Last night I had a protein bar and a handful of nuts.

Another great workout, I feel like I could spend all day in the gym lately. The endurance has been amazing. Just booked a flight to Vegas 4/22 for a couple days so I'll be a little more strict with my diet the next 2 weeks. Would like to get under 180 before the trip.

Workouts have been amazing this week! Usually get into the gym on my weekends off for some cardio and a little abs/arms. We're supposed to get up to a foot of snow in Minneapolis this weekend so I may not just stay in all weekend. We'll see what the weather brings.

Just finshed up my 1st bottle of Vector and into the second one. Really enjoying this stack so far. Pumps, endurance, and muscle fullness are great.

Out of the gym for a quick trip to Vegas. Managed to spend enough time gambling I didn't eat a ton so only up 1 lb after the 3 day trip which is good!

It was great! Got a little sun burnt at the pool, but the gambling was good! Lost $400 the first night, and won $1400 playing poker the 2nd night and another $300 on blackjack. All in all a successful trip! Also spent almost the whole trip either at the pool or the poker table so I didn't eat as much as I usually would which is good!

Have been very busy with life and work. Have been hitting all my workouts and still taking Vector/Follidrone daily. Diet hasn't been great and weight has been steady at around 186. Not going to go back and post all the workouts since my last post, but will get yesterday and today's posted below. Currently on the last week of a 5/3/1 cycle and will deload next week as I've run 2 cycles now without one. Going to try my hardest to post at least 2-3 times a week til this run is over

As long as your 100% Keto you dont need the carbs.
Your body isnt using them its using ketones so adding some carbs would be counter productive. You need to either be 1. 100% keto or 2. eat a significant amount of carbs for fuel.
Just increase calories from protein and fats. I know several guys who are on keto diets who are doing well.
