Just started Vector today and will run for the next 12 weeks, I have about 2 weeks left of Ep1logue and once finished I will throw FD into the mix. I'm 34 currently running 5/3/1 and sitting @ ~20% bf. Goal is to recomp and hopefully get down to around 15% bf. I had a DXA scan just over 2 weeks ago and will get another one at the end of my 12 week run.
Diet is keto and generally OMAD. Plan is to eat between 1800-2200 cals a day and may increase after I lean out a little more. Other supps I will be taking daily are:
CL Oximega 4 caps
600 mg Ashwagandha
Multi Vitamin
2 caps Glycoshield
PES Shift
Ergonine
Weight today was 187 which is a bit of water as I was out of town for the weekend and ate a large amount of carbs. Regular weight last week was between 180-182.
