just got my order of follidrone 2.0, and going to log this test run!

supps: the staples-->fish oil, vit D, 3mg boron citrate, protein, creatine(started last week).
-- the pre: mesomorph. just added today
-- ... and follidrone, dosed as recommended started today

i was burned in a fire and lost my left arm under my elbow, as well as half my right foot. they also ground away bone from my left knee and elbow, also removing tendon/ligament. so im limited in the individual workout exercises, and weight.


that said. mid january i was approx 150 lbs, now im 168. i just started creatine last week so i suspect some of that is water weight, and a little more to come. no ph/aas. but ive also put on some fat so i want to see if the follidrone will let me put on more muscle instead.

roughly 2800 calories, and minimum 150 grams of protien a day

routine new routine is 2 lighter weight/ higher rep days per 1 strength day. today is day one of the new routine.

monday: day 1. goal is to start at 8 reps, add reps till 12 then move up weight. 4 sets, 8-12 reps. 1 minute rest.

incline bb press on smith machine
1. 95 lbs 8x reps - light moved up weight
2. 115lbs 8x reps- light moved up
3. 135lbs 8x reps- not too difficult
4. 135lbs 8x reps- last rep was tough

machine press
1. 115lbs 8x reps easy
2. 115lbs 6x reps stop, got the last 2. getting gassed, lowered weight
3. 110lbs 6x rested, 2x
4. skipped lol gassed :)

body weight dips
1. 8x easy
2. 8x easy
3. 8x easy
4. 12x challenging

single arm tricep extension
1. 8x 20 lbs too easy
2. 8x 22.5lbs harder, getting gassed, no endurance yet :)
3. 8x 22.5lbs --6x pause 2x
4. 8x 22.5lbs --6x pause 2x - rough

pumps were okay, nothing to write home about.
that concludes day 1 :) might throw in another tricep exercise next week.

Subbed in, Inspiring to say the least. Enjoy the run, you won't be disappointed.

I am almost through my first bottle of a 3 bottle run. I am a hard gainer, eating extra carbs for bulk, already up almost 6 pounds which doesn't sound like much, but have been trying to break 180 for almost a year now. Would get to 178, and then bounce back down to 174. Now at 181, and think I have a few more pounds in the tank.. Strength hasn't come yet, but expecting it to follow. Interested to see your results.

also as a heads up theres a store called powder city thats going out of business. they are having a liquidation sale. worth checking out if you havnt already. i hope im not breaking any rules by saying that.

day #3 update:
ive noticed im SUPER hungry, ALL the time! weight is the same @ 168lbs. im pretty sure ive lost some flub in my mid section (not that theres much to begin with). i feel less full, like maybe i need to eat more. if i lay down to nap during the day, im OUT.
today was legs.
im very limited in weight here since they removed pat of my knee cap. i can only squat 205 x 5 before it hurts

1/4 scoop of mesomorph. -> im stim sensitive.
goal: begin at a weight i can do for 8 reps, add reps till 12 them move up weight. 1 minute rest

squats
1 135lbs x 8 reps
2 135lbs x 10 reps easy
3 135lbs x 10 reps easy
4 135 x 11 reps easy next time will go for the 12s then move up

leg press
1 135 x10
2 135 x10
3 135 x10
4 135 x10 feeling the burn

leg curls
1 85 x 10
2 85 x 10
3 85 x 10
4 85 x 10

then abs. next time im adding jump squats.

legs felt pretty pumped.

i put the follidrone on pause after 3 days. i started to loose weight. im thinking of maybe getting some aminos and putting some in my water every time i drink. i cant really eat more. any ideas on what i could do?
