Massmax at 2 cap 1h pre wo. 2 caps with post wo meal which is my dinner last meal largest meal
Alphamax xt 3 caps with post wo meal last meal before bed

I'm also taking primaforce cissus 1/2 tsp twice a day morning and with last meal or pre wo too
Also inflame pump 1.25g ARA pre wo
Augment pre work out 1 level scoop

3 caps of alphamax xt a night everyday .
4 caps massmax a day

Taking 3 a night to start with alphamax if that's good may bump it higher towards the end. I get good results from light AI use rather high mg and suck me up! Uhaahaggg ie letrozole!

Goals in order of importance
1. Strength, however it manifests itself mostly in my top compound movements
2. Increase Muscle maturity/ striations
3. Muscle efficiency/endurance
4. Fat loss
5. Lean muscle mass gain.

I want to accelerate and accentuate the gains I already achieve without getting to make a crazy stretch marks in my biceps and inner thighs.

If I'm reading right, you are dosing just 3 Alphamax XT caps per day? I would recommend 2 AM and 2 pre bed.

Which products are you running for 12 weeks?

Thanks 3 at night with last meal is great . In my past experience with these ingredients before bed and pre wo work the best for me.
But I don't have exp with this AI so I didn't want to start with 4 a day so I know the brofessor in me said start at 3 at night steady dose if I got sides drop a cap.. So on

Massmax xt and alphamax xt.

Also I wanted to run 3 at night since I'm going for 12 weeks . Instead of 8 .
I like 90 days worth of an AI to really feel your body and play with the dose find what's best.

This is kind a hard to explain you start out with one 35 and use your index fingers then add 5 pounds on then keep adding 5 pounds on to your index fingers fail then grab the bar with your middle finger and the next fingers then keep adding 5 pounds on to those fingers fail then your ring finger middle finger and index finger keep adding five on to those fingers fail then you're using all five fingers and you do it like 365 or whatever I worked up to

You should be splitting the dose of Alphamax XT to keep constant levels of the ingredients in your bloodstream instead of taking 3 at once
