Taking 3 a night to start with alphamax if that's good may bump it higher towards the end. I get good results from light AI use rather high mg and suck me up! Uhaahaggg ie letrozole!

2. Increase Muscle maturity/ striations
3. Muscle efficiency/endurance
4. Fat loss
5. Lean muscle mass gain.
