11-KETOTESTOSTERONE is a strong cortisol inhibitor that also increases lean muscle mass and strength.
When taken orally the dosage required to see any type of results typically exceeds 500mg which makes it

Cardio: 5 cardio sessions per week usually 20-30 minutes (HIIT and/or LISS)
DIET:
Protein Sources: Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Whey, Casein & occasionally Beef
Carb Sources: Oats, Flax, Bran, and occasionally Sweet Potatoes
Fat Sources: Eggs, Peanut Butter, Olive Oil, & Fish Oils
Macros: Usually shoot for 200-250g Protein, 50-100g Carbs & remainder in Fat
Meal Frequency: 5-6 Meals & snacks per day
TDEE: Roughly 2300-2400
Will be running at a 250-500 deficit and will adjust accordingly
