Weight is currently 214

Started today with a good back workout. I know it's Monday but rotation is off so today was back day.

Dead lifts
Bent rows
One arm dumbbell rows
Seated rows
Hypertension weighted

Cardio

Should be under 2000 calories today

Not as strong as a leg days as I would have wanted. Got home late last night from work and didn't get more than 3 hours sleep. Feeling good though.

Arm day. Was feeling pretty good. A mix of biceps and triceps with cardio mixed.

Barbell curls
Reverse grip barbell curls
Preacher curls
Tricep pressdown
Tricep barbell overheads
Close grip bench

Down 1/2 a pound

Today was an early day at work so took today as a rest day. Unfortunately way under on calories but percentages were looking in line. Tomorrow I'm in for chest day.

Decline Bench
Dumbbell press

No cardio today as I strained something in my knee and quad of my right leg. Not sure what I did but resting for a few days so can hit legs next week.

Yesterday was rest day. A little off on my eating but still kept calories low. Shoulders tonight

Sunday night workout. Shoulders was a great success. Even with bad knee I did some slow treadmill to burn those calories.

Had to stop the cycle as it effected my edema. Cardiologist said it was caught early this time as last time was severe to point of bordering on dangerous.
