Rocket Ain't Afraid of No (red) Ghost !

When I first applied for this product I told Controlled Labs I could not log it but would love to try it and post a review. Since then a few things have changed and I will do short log on the Controlled Labs New Red Ghost Fat Incineration Matrix. I will keep the entries short and sweet, and more focused towards Diet and Nutrition than Sets and Reps.

I got my bottle last week and worked my way up from 1 capsule to 4, the Monday after Easter I will consider day 1 of this run.

Monday Day 1 Body Weight 194lbs. Got up at 4am did my morning weight workout, lifting lasted about 1 hour.

Took 4 Controlled Labs Red Ghost with noon time meal.

Tuesday Day 2 Body Weight 197lbs. The only thing I can figure that caused the weight gain is 2 of my meals were left overs (ham) and the gain was water weight.

Got up at 4am did my morning weight workout, (Back & Bi's) lifting lasted about 1 hour.

Took 4 Controlled Labs Red Ghost with noon time meal.

More ham left overs today. The 4 Red Ghost capsules, seamed to curb my hunger a bit, but did not leave me at all jittery or amped up. I was also worried with the amount of Cayenne Pepper in them they might Burn the next morning but that was not the case. I did notice a little heart burn but 2 Tums took care of that no problem. So far I am liking it!!

AM Fasted Cardio 45 minutes on the Treadmill, I also mowed the lawn for the first time of the year so that is about another hour and a half of cardio. I think the mower got heavier over the winter!!

I did not take my Controlled Labs Red Ghost today, I had an upset stomach and did not feel it was the best thing to do. I am sure it was do to the poor diet yesterday.

Great workout to day I was reading Flex Magazine and one of the pros was talking about doing shoulder presses on a machine to failure and than turning around on the seat and doing them again to failure............My shoulders are burnt..give this a try I love it!!

Yes, I am a Spineless Jellyfish and have not been able to say no to some really good food. (ha ha) That is some what true, I have been working 16 hour days for the past 10 days and it has been really hard on my routine. Things are back to normal as of today.

Final Review

I found Controlled Labs Red Ghost a very helpful tool in my weight lost effort. I believe it was very helpful in curbing appetite with very few side effects. I was a bit leerier at first about the dose of Cayenne Pepper and afraid of the after effects (Burning Stool) but that was never an issue, I did experience a little heartburn a few time but 2 Tums would knock that down within minutes. This is not a "Miracle Pill" your diet and training will need to be on point, but it is a very useful aid. It is one of the best products I have used for appetite suppression !! Thank you Controlled Labs for this opportunity !! I ain't afraid of no ghost !

Glad this was so good to you - we had one logger who appears to be sensitive to GABA and elected to discontinue use but I think everyone else has had positive reviews as well. Thanks for being such a faithful honest logger and really giving RG a chance to help your progress.
