I am not sure if this is a sponsored log or I non-sponsored log, I will explain. Back in December I won a BPS Christmas jingle contest, the prize was a BPS product of my choice, I choose the New BPS Laxacrine and they were nice enough to sent it to me. Thank you BPS.
I like to start every log with a little history/information about me, below is that info, for those of you who have read it before, sorry for the re-run!

About Me,
I am not a writer, I can’t spell, and I did not pay attention in English class.
History
32 years ago I was 25 years old weighed 235lbs and was 5’6” tall I smoked did not work out and was Fat! My wife was pregnant with our daughter and I decided I need to make a change in my life. Over the next 9 months I lost 85lbs quit smoking and started lifting, doing cardio and eating clean. It was a complete life style change that I still follow today.
Current
I am a male 57 years old, weight 196lbs at 5’5” tall. I Lift 6 days a week in the morning alone at my home gym and do cardio 2-4 days a week in the evening. (Sometimes this does not happen when my job gets in the way or I'm lazy) My goal over the course of this log is to get down to 180lbs. I have never bulked, my life has been a cut!

About 3 weeks ago I torn my left bicep so for the next few weeks bicep work will not existent and back work will be limited. Weights will be light and reps high.

BTW, I would say that it is not a sponsored log as that competition was a give away and not a logging opp. Really appreciate you logging this though!!

That is my understanding, as you can see the package says nothing. BPS ? I may go up to 5 pumps per day before it is all over.

Welcome Everyone !

100mg is optimal with oral usage.

Transdermal should be anywhere between 50-100mg

The pumps and bottles are phenomenal. Don't clog or get any seeping around the edges like some transdermal pumps

I was applying myNew BPS Laxacrine to my upper chest today when a gob of it fell on my Johnson, I was waiting for the burning and or itching to start, but it never did, so if my member survived the irritation test (and it did) ain't nobody got to worry about no rash!!

Definitely looks like some swelling going on! Nothing major just mild. So can I propose a Thread with a complete list of Ricks Logs. I feel there are far too many good things to remember!

Am Fasted Cardio 36 minutes on the Treadmill and a few Broomstick Twist

Breakfast - Supplements - Shower

Apply 3 Pumps BPS' NEW Laxacrine to Shoulders and Upper Chest - Off to work

Off work at noon today so I headed to Planet Fitness for an after noon cardio session 30 minutes on the Elliptical and a very nice ab workout.

I ran out of a Saw Palmetto and they just opened a New Vitamin World near my house so I thought I would check it out, nice clean well stocked, but definitely higher prices than our friends here at AM.

I have lost four pounds since the start of this run, I am very happy about that. I am not sure if the BPS Laxacrine has anything to do with it, but I have found staying on point with diet a little easier this week, it could also be a mental thing. I am not sure which one but I am liking it !!

I am currently using 3 pumps per day, I will bump that up to 4 starting day 8.

I know that lax has great recomp properties even on a caloric surplus so being in a deficit, it will definitely have good leaning effects. It's awesome to gain strength while also leaning out. It's almost like finding the Holy Grail. Lol!

I have been going very slow on the reps and stopping at any discomfort. NurseGray said it would take about 4-6 weeks to heal, I'm on week 5.

Light weight with moderate reps to keep the healthy blood flow to the site. Eat good, Sleep Good, Hydrate Good. When is the last time you ran a deload week?
