Post cycle 3x - 2caps with breakfast, 2caps 6-8hrs later
DAA Max - 2caps 1hr after first Post cycle dose, 2caps 1hr after second Post Cycle dose
Rebirth - 1 cap with breakfast, 1cap 8hrs later (May reduce to 1 cap/day due to reviews about cramps, will update)
Today's workout will be Chest and Tris. Will update log once I've made my workout for the day.
