First off huge freaking thanks to pyrobatt and Chaos and Pain for this logging opportunity.

A little about me:
29
5' 8"
199 lbs
Bodybuilding
4 Years Experience

Current Supplements:
Kaged Muscle In-Kaged (not currently used)
Animal Whey Frosted Cinnamon Bun/BPI Best Protein Cookies and Cream/Vanilla Swirl/MuscleTech ISO Whey - Protein
Animal Pak - Vitamins
MAN IsoAmino - BCAA
USPLabs Modern Creatine - Creatine (rarely used as well)
NOW Foods Dandelion Root - Diuretic
This Chaos and Pain Stack.

Plan on running Arnold's Blueprint to Cut for this log. I am as of today on Day 1, but just finished his Blueprint to Mass using this stack on day 55 of 56 of my run of the program.

What do I hope to accomplish with this log and supplement?
I most recently used Kaged Muscle PreKaged which is heavily clinically dosed. I hope to cut down to 190, but still put more lean muscle on.

So my workout split consists of:
Monday - Chest/Back
Tuesday - Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Wednesday - Legs/Calves
Thursday - Chest/Back
Friday - Shoulders/Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Saturday - Legs/Calves
Sunday - Rest Day

So impressions this far.
Noticing some major leaning out. Weighed in for 2 days now at 193 lbs and I started at 199 lbs.
Also, seeing some really good strength gains and some defining. I can attribute it all of course to Legendary. On top of it all I am looking much much drier too and noticing striations everywhere, but most noticeable in arms and shoulders.

Okay back in the gym right now and turns out yesterday was day 15 chest and back. Today is Day 16 of Blueprint to Cut and it's Legs. Got to catch up. I will say 1 scoop of Ferox is no longer giving the energy it did the first week or so. Could I have already built up a tolerance? I know I'm a huge stim junkie but thought it wouldn't be a problem here. But looks like I may have already built up a tolerance. Any thoughts pyrobatt ? Other than that noticed that my strength with Legendary is definitely noticeably on the rise. Threw up the bar like nothing this morning on bench.

Fell behind on my log as I've had 2 sick kids at home. But still been hitting the gym and no longer suffering from my back DOMS last weekend.

Day 19 of Arnold Blueprint to Cut.

Squat: 8 sets of 12 reps/175 lbs

Superset
Single Leg extension: 10 sets of 10 reps (last set is a strip set)/150 lbs*
Leg curl: 10 sets of 10 reps (last set is a strip set)/250 lbs*
Standing calf raise: 10 sets of 10 reps/300 lbs

Will add still having trouble with energy in Ferox. But I'm supplementing with Inferno to get that extra jolt still. Strength is noticeably moving up with Legendary and still leaning out. Holding strong at 193 lbs, but still looking leaner and more defined with each couple days.

Killed chest and back yesterday morning.

Superset:
Bench press: 6 sets of 30,10,10,10,10,5 reps/100/150x4 sets/225 lbs*
Wide-grip chin-up: 6 sets of 10 reps

Superset:
Incline barbell press: 5 sets of 8 reps/175 lbs
T-bar row: 5 sets of 8 reps/325 lbs

Superset:
Dumbbell fly: 5 sets of 12 reps (run the rack on last set)/75 lbs
Seated cable row: 5 sets of 12 reps/275 lbs

Superset:
Dip: 4 sets of 10 reps
Close-grip chin-up: 4 sets of 10 reps

Superset:
Dumbbell pull-over: 3 sets of 12 reps/125 lbs
Cable cross-over: 3 sets of 12 reps/50 lbs

Them strength gains with Legendary are truly Legendary. Still seeing a lack of energy with only 1 scoop of Ferox, but Legendary helps without a doubt in the strength aspect.

Dang so tomorrow is my last dose of Legendary. Still have 3 more days of Ferox though.

I've seen some significant changes in my strength, weight and mood while running Legendary the past 28 days.

I've lost weight, dried out, defined, put on a little more muscle and gained strength. And I've seen it all happen while using Legendary.
