First Off wanted to thank Rocket from Get diesel for selecting me to log these products.
I am 6 weeks into a cut and everything from the physique to the gym is going great, hoping this stack will be able to help me out gain some strength and provide some additional nutrients from the nicely dosed mutli.
I will be dosing the products as follows
Mutli- 2 pre workout and 1 about 5 hours later
Test Hardcore- 4 pre workout and another 2 about 6-7 hours later.

Both these products are dosed with a ton of ingredients that should enhance my workouts and overal provide a food feeling of well being.

Incline Barbell Bench press- 225(6 ) x4 sets

Incline HS press-3pps(8)x2 2pps+25(12)
Peck deck-180,190,190(8)

Incline Dumbell Curls-30,30,35(10)- wicked pump
Hammer curls-40,45(8) 45(12)
Machine Preacher Curl SS with Cable Curls- 3 sets of 10- pump city ;)

HS Shoulder press- 2pps(10)x3 sets with 45 second breaks
Front to side raises I did 3 sets of these with 30 for 10 reps
Then braced against incline bench side laterals- 25(8)x4 sets

Finished with VBAR pressdown SS with BW dips- 4 sets of 10.
Overall terrific workout, great pump, getting to the point where the skin is feeling tight again :)

So today hit legs, its also my 3 year anniversary with my girlfriend, next month I got her Lion king On broadway tickets which Is IMO prob the best show out, aside from alladin which I saw last year.

Squats(sbd sleeves) 315,325,335x3(7 reps)
Hack Squats(sbd sleeves)- 4pps,4pps+25,5pps+25(8 reps each set)
Orange Banded Leg press- 4pps(10)x2 sets 4pps+25(12)
Walking Lunges 165lb barbell(14 steps each leg) 2 sets
Leg Ext- 180,200,220(15)

seated leg curls-160,160,180,180(15)
Lying Leg Curls-180(8)x4 sets
Abductors-110,120,130(12)
Standing Leg curls-55,65,75(15) one leg then the other.
Today was a great workout, and its the yorton cup so can't wait to see the results and some pics/vids

Today was a great workout great pump, getting stronger on my cut, 4 grande bola pre with 2 multi, then 2 and 1 post :)

Post refeed chest workout was great!

Flat Bench press-275(5 reps)x3 sets 285(5 reps) 290(5 reps)
45 degree incline Dumbell Press-100(7)x3 sets
Banded Flat HS press- 25ps(10)x2 sets 35ps(10)

Seated dumbell Shoulder Press-75,85,85(10)- felt pretty good been a while since I did these
Paused CG bench press-225,235,235(5 reps)
Kettlebell Side Laterals- 26lbs or so-3 sets of 10
Grenade ext-3 sets of 12
Front cable raises 3 sets of 10

finished with 15 mins of stepper burning 210 calories. All in all Pusha-palooza went well.

So last night used some ear plugs and had a much better night of sleep which is huge for me an extra 90 minutes a day is going to do my body great!

Back to the workout!
Squats- 355,365,375,385,405,415(4 reps)
Walking Lunges with chain on neck- 80lb dumbells with the heaviest chain- 2 sets of 12 steps each leg

Leg Press SS with hack squats- 5pps(8)x3 sets 3pps(8) on hack squats
Leg Ext- 180,200,200,220(10)
Single Leg Ex- 80,90(10)
Lying single leg leg curls- 60,70,70,80(10) crazy pump love the unilateral work
Lying Leg Curls Both legs- 160,170,180(8)
Abductors- 4 sets of 10
Finished up with 10 sets of calves
OVERALL - terrific workout this is the best I have ever felt in a caloric deficit, strongest I have been.

thanks fellas one thing I have noticed is I am more sore since using the Diesel Test Grande, not sure if others report this or not.
And strength has always been good for me, just wish the physique would match the strength

So today I will be working from 3pm til 9pm tmrw for the NYC marathon tmrw. Going to be lots of overtime.

Push workout

45 degree incline Barbell Bench-185+medium chains 2 sets of 8, 185 + medium and light chains- 2 sets of 8= 2 drop sets last set
15 degree incline Bench-225,240,240(6)
Incline HS Pin loaded press-80,90,90(10)- 3 second squeeze at the top double drop last set
Cable Crossovers-4 sets of 12 reps

BW Dips- 9 sets of 10 reps
Tricep Bar Pressdown- 75,85,95(10)

Flex Lewis front to side laterals- 17.5,20,22.5,25(10)
Standing Side Laterals- 25,30,35(12)
10 mins of stepper
Overall good workout feeling strong and really working on making the weight feel heavier then it is , different tempos plus drop sets are being incorporated.

So after tracking my walking yesterday 8.6 miles lol 15 hours of overtime went in today hit quads and will be doing hams later tonight!

Hack Squats-4pps, 4pps+10ps, 4pps+20ps(10) DS to 3pps(6 reps) drop set 2pps+20(6)
Orange+red Banded leg press-4pps(10)x3 sets Last set drop to 3pps(8) 2pps(10)

One leg leg ext- 50,60,60(12)
Did 5 mins on the bike burning 80 calories.
All in all good AM workout, I like splitting quads and hams or at least will be trying it out, to get more focus on the hamstrings. More focus on training , and not as much into the cardio

HS ISO high Row(kneeling on the ground) 85,90,95(12 reps) SS with Rope Pullovers 3 sets of 10
Banded HS Chest Supported Row- 2pps(10)x3 sets
1 arm Pulldown- 70,75,75(12)
Reverse Flies-15(15 reps)x3 sets SS with Reverse Barbell Shrugs - 3 sets of 12

Then hit some Biceps
Dumbell Curls- 40,45,45(10)
Grip Force Barbell Curls- 75,75,85(10)
Spider Fat Grip Curls- 30,30,35(10)
Finished with 15 mins of cardio burining 220 calories!

Have yet to have a bad workout since taking these supplements

Only thing is the diesel test goes by quick bottle is almost done even taking it 5 on and 2 off. Not fully sure why to dose it like that, would like to see this in a 2 month supply 160 pills take 8 pills a day straight through.

Squats- 315 6 sets of 8 reps, last set 335(8) DS 245(6 paused reps)
Slingshot Hip Circle Leg press- 3pps(12)x4 sets--- glutes were activated like crazy loved these
leg ext- 140,160,170(20 reps) Hip circle Leg Ext- 2 sets of 15 with 95lbs(pumps for days)

Lying Leg Curls- 160(12)x3 sets
one leg lying- 65(12)x3 sets- one of my new favorites
Seated Leg Curls-170,180,180(12) - since doing these again feeling very sore!

Finisher Super sets- standing leg curls- 85,95,105,115(12) SS with Hack squats- 3pps(12)x2 3pps+25(12)
Then hit 10 mins of cardio burning 180 calories
Killing these workouts intensity is through the roof right now LOVE IT

Things couldn't be going much better

8 is way to high a dosage. You can run it everyday but it will lose its effects from the long jack after about 15 days without a day off. I use it 7 days a week....but only take 3 a day

So prob have about two more days of grande, and about 12 days left of the multi. Overall I think this is solid, haven't had any bad workouts, have had solid sleep, thats how I judge a product as long as my workouts are good no complaints
Today was an excellent push workout. Hitting legs and a refeed tmrw, plus my college roommate(lived together all 4 years) is visiting tmrw so should be good haven't seen him in over 18 months.

Flat Barbell Bench Press- 4sets x 5 reps with 275, 5th set(8reps)

seated French Press/overhead skullcrusher - 70,80,80,90(12 reps) Last set drop to 50(9)
Flex Lewis front Raises SS with Reverse Pushdowns- 22.5,25,25(12) SS 40(10)x3 set

Finished with 18 minutes of cardio burining 260 calories. Today was good every workout keeps getting better

Today's PLAN/Workout

Like I said my college roommate is coming up, prob the person besides my girlfriend I am closest to in the world, he has never been down this way he lives between Buffalo And Niagra falls. Coming down for med school interviews. I am 8.5 weeks into a cut today is a refeed, I will be taking him to my favorite place the pancake spot with 100 types of pancakes(no BS) and call it an ultimate refeed or cheat meal but I don't think it will hurt me as the show I MAY/MIGHT do is 18.5 weeks away and my innder glutes are getting lines already. This might even boot my metabolism up.


LEG WOrkout-
Squats- 365,375,385(5 reps) 405(4)x2 sets
Leg Press SS with Reverse banded Hack squats- Leg Press-5pps(12)x3 set- hacks squats 5pps(12)x3 sets
Leg Ext - 4 sets of 12 reps with 180lbs SS Abductors and Adductors

Standing Leg Curls+Manual added resistance- 70,85,90(12)
Stiff Legs- 275, 295(8) with slight swing forward at the bottom
Lying LEg curls-160,170,170(12)
Did some ab work(About time I start this)

Did a 5 minute cool down on bike burining 70 calories, Looking forward to seeing my friend today and showing him around

So wanted to get a review UP
I like to make my reviews quick and to the point espc when I have a thread/log


So Diesel Test - the test booster part of this, Pills were pretty big, which for me wasn't a problem however I can see it being an issue for some people. Diesel Test is packed with a ton of ingredients, all natural things lots of roots, and extracts. Which is good, pretty much only test boosters I see use some form of DAA so it was nice to see a change. Using this was very easy take a few pills a few times a day. Doesn't get much easier then that. While using this I was on a cut/caloric deficit. I noticed no decrease in strength/intensity or mood(all good things) usually when cutting those tend to drop off. But not while taking this . This lasted just about 2.5-3 weeks I was also taking it at a high dose which you can look back in this thread and see.

THe multi- THIS THING IS JAMMED PACK with goodness, nootropics, caffeine , vitamins- what more can you ask for. I took 2 pills pre and post workout with this and it works great. And another thing thats nice about this is My urine was not highlighter yellow(like with most other multis)
Based off my workouts, my conditioning, strength and mood. I would have really liked to run about 2-3 bottles of both to see the full effects. But if you look back at my mood/workouts none were bad while using these products. It gets my stamp of approval

I like to keep them short and to the point. Did the product help my workouts? YES. Did I notice any negative side effects? NO. Would I use again for longer duration to see long term results ? FOR SURE. Any questions I will answer no problem:)
