this is my morning breakfast I have been taking for the last 50 days and this morning I added pr!

First thing is that it is very gross!! Noting I can do about that. I'm taking it in 4 spilt.

Hormones don't taste good. If your taking something sublingual and it taste good. Chance are the product isn't as pure as intended. If all supplements were properly dosed they wold taste a little funky

Today I did a arm and ab workout at my house. Got a amazing pump.

Last night I was really hungry and I don't know if it's due to PR but I will keep my eyes open if it keeps happening.

Burn machine curls 5 sets of 10 with 5 second squeezes at the top and 5 negative and 5 static hold. Brutal.
Isolated dumbbell curls 4 sets of 12. 4 second negatives.
Abs

Killed my work out yesterday and today!

Yesterday I did preacher curls 10 sets of 10 @ 50lbs
Chest incline dumbbell press 5 sets of 12 at 75
Incline machine press 4 sets 6 reps 100 each hand .
Machine fly 180lbs 10 reps 4 sets

Lat pull down 12 reps 60 4 sets
8 reps 60 each hand 4 sets
Tricep cable push down 5 sets of 15 10 lbs each hand.
Dead lift 7-7-14-21 60lbs
Rows 100 8 reps 4 sets
Dips to failure 4 reps

Getting back at it and feeling strong.

My dose is spilt in to 2x 4. Morning before my pre workout . Post workout before my shake. Before lunch and then after dinner .

The label calls for 4 ml 2 times a day, because that’s convenient. You take it before you leave for the day and before you lift or before bed if you don’t lift that day. But for me, I do 2 ml 4 times a day or even better on heavy days I will do 1 ml 8 times a day! With that I can get the most out of it !!!

So far I noticed massive hunger. I feel stronger despite not working out for a month from my car accident and constantly eating more than when I was not on it so I know it's doing something !!

If my scale is correct I lost weight and it looks like 80% of that is from fat.

I'm still learning this tool but I love it so far.
Today is abs and I will for sure kill it . As always I'm more hungry then when not on it. Strength is up and insurance is up.
