About me

29 year old male, 219 lbs 6ft tall 14%bf

Goals: Recomp/Cut, continue gaining strength and leaning out.

Diet: Targeted Keto Diet, Consume carbs and fats depending on my training, on active rest days I run keto, on training days depending on intensity and volume I determine my carb intake. My protein is always high at around 220 minimal-320
Im at around 2750 to 3000 cals

Day 1 and 2 thoughts: I have been dosing these at 3/3 pre workout. I have already noticed a great pump via volume on yesterdays shoulder session. Looking into doing arms today so im excited to see what happens, usually my best way of judging the pumps. Also cant wait to have sex using this stuff. I have no issues in this area, but it def will be extra fun lol.

Also i want to say that i am very excited to finally try fadogia, so i am happy about that, and also happy about the anacyclus. I finished an ABE run for eight weeks so i am familiar with it. I think hpta would be a great stack with forskolin 95 judging from what I see. Another great thing ive noticed with these products as well as the other iron champ stuff is they are in clear caps, no frills, just quality ingredients that are proven, time tested and dosed effectively. This is going to be good

I was thinking HPTA would stack great with ABE & Myosynergy for added Forskolin & EPI (plus all the other good stuff in it)

Yea i really appreciate that about all thier stuff. Theres enough bs in the enviornment. I dont need neon yellow and polkadotted caps with the company name lol

Day 3

Life happened. My girl got in a bad car accident when i was on my way to the gym. Wound up staying in the emergency room all night. Shes all good and ultimately i needed to take a day off. Took my 3/3 HPTA and Volume about 5 mins before the accident along with two caps of Psyched lol. Libido is definitely climbing.

Thanks man. Yea shes good. Its life bro. I had a brutal legs arms and abs workout planned. Might be for the best it didnt go down. All good. Today ima do deads, squats and arms. And ima train like i been out the gym for a week. Like a beast clawing at the cage door and then it opens lol

Thanks, yea thats probably the heaviest ive gone yet. I think i need some knee wraps because i could have kept going... i wasnt even going to hit it, but after the deadlifts my lower back was on fire, so i had to change up my original plan to squat.

As far as the thebigt protocol i think i am loving it already. My sense of well being is soaring this morning. And all im thinking about is sex lol thats only 1 day in lol. This stuff is strong man...

mood/motivation/aggression and libido are great on ironstack, and these can lead to longer, better more intense workouts---in the gym and the bedroom, lol!!!!

Thanks mark! I definitely try to push it to the limit. this saturdays workout kinda dissapointed me. But when i do those intense fasted cardio sessions my strentgh goes to sh!t. So i guess its cool. Cant have everything.

Im still running the 3:3 twice daily protocol. I took pre workout and pre bed. Starting to notice my strentgh climbing, random wood/libido surges, and my agression and focus in the gym is definitely there. Yesterday i had a great workout for shoulders and traps, i hit my core hard with the medicine ball, and had a solid squat session. After hitting the squats i was drained and the intensity started to fade, so we wrapped up a few more sets and called it a night.

Felt good. Focus more on contraction and full range of motion. I kept my reps in the higher ranges especially for back. I threw in some deads while i was waiting for the barbell to free up. These were just to stretch out and keep everything in check. I kept my arms extra wide to activate and stretch my lats. All in all good day. Still on thebigt protocol

PM Cardio:
Took three volume,
took my lady out for drinks at fridays,
She had henny, i had club sodas, three shrimp cocktails, no sauce and a baked potato. Then went home and had incredible sex. The pumps from volume are definitely in the gym and and without a doubt in bed. Honestly it took a little while to notice how strong this stuff really is, but last night was the nail in the coffin!!! The sex was extra crazy, my pumps in the gym have been great and my strentgh is still maintaining despite high high volume. I hit three chest workouts in two days and i am not even that sore today. We are on the way!

The workout was low volume compared to the money shot lmao

With the big t protocol and the xtra three caps thats 9 total... It was well worth it lol
