Back again with another log. A big thank you to Kat and the LG team for this opportunity. I have been pretty stagnant over the last 30 days and truly need to do something to give myself a boost.

38 years old 5' 10" 203lbs.

Been lifting since I am roughly 11 years old. I do 7 days a week of fasted cardio at 350 am and lift 6 days a week.

Monday-Legs/Bis
Tuesday- Shoulders
Wednesday- off
Thursday- chest
Friday- Legs/Bis
Saturday- Back/Shoulders
Sunday- chest, tris

Here are the other supps I am currently using:
Orange Triad
Generic Kmart caffeine
Pro Nom 23
In-Sync probiotic
Cycle Armor

Thats it, I am typically a keep it simple kind of guy

I will do my absolute best to update everyday with a rundown of the morning activities. Doses are on an empty stomach, prior to leaving work and prior to getting in.

I will be using EPIC periodically (thank you LG for sending this as a surprise).

First doses were in this am. Here is a couple of thoughts and how I will dose:
- 17ProAndro 2ml am & pm
- PBold am and late afternoon

17ProAndro taste was fine, however the Bold was rotten (just being honest)

Flavor aside, I am thrilled to be running this and looking forward to the next 6 weeks.

Welcome aboard!!!!

I took yesterday off to recover and to go to NYC with the family. I was reinvigorated today.

Here is a quick rundown with some thoughts at the end.

Early AM Fasted cardio
50 mins 12% incline 3.8-4.8MPH produced an amazing sweat

Afternoon workout cardio warmup and back/shoulders
Cardio- treadmill 30 mins 12% 4.0 mph

Back

BB Rows 5 sets 2 sets @ 225lbs sets of 5
TBar Rows 5 sets 2 sets 3 45's to failure
Banded reverse hypers 4 sets to failure
Wide chins 4 sets to failure

Shoulders
On saturdays I have started to perform shoulders slightly differently. I do what I have read as shoulders rippers. They are giant db sets of 4 exercises (side laterals, rear laterals, upright rows, and press)

Today I used 30lbs dubs and completed the giant set 4 times

The shoulder rippers cause a crazy pump

Thoughts:
Way too early for anything noticeable. Both P-Bold doses are in and the ProAndro will be before bed as mentioned.

In terms of epic, decent pump and solid energy. I will say I have always been a sucker for lemon, so this was the perfect flavor for me. Not too tart.

Will be back to lift this afternoon chest and tris

Day 2

Day 2 was a killer, as my upper back/rear delts were sore

Treadmill warmup
25 minutes 12% 4.0mph

Chest
Flat BP (8 sets) 320lbs for 2 :woohoo:
Incline db super sets (4 sets) 60lbs dbs flys and press to failure <burned like hell>

Tris
JM Press (5 sets) 2 sets @ 205lbs 5 reps per
2arm db tricep ext supersets (4 sets) 75lbs & 60lbs sets of 12 each

Gotta say the pump is the most pronounced aspect at the moment. Tris are really feeling it at the moment, and are doing the spasm dance as I sit here.

Tomorrow early am is legs and bis.

Day 3

Leg and Bi day this am

Fasted Cardio
40 mins 12% 4.0mph

Legs
Box squat with SSB 14" box (8 sets) 5 sets @ 275lbs 5 reps per
GHR (8 sets) 4 sets super set with 25lbs plate to unweighted all to failure

<pure jello leg after this>

Bis
Hammer curls (4 sets) 50lbs sets of 12
Seated incline curls (4 sets) 40lbs sets of 10
1-arm db preacher curls (4 sets) 40lbs sets of 10

I am going to be walking funny for a few days for sure. Was pleased overall, an I did notice arm fatigue setting in towards the end of the workout. When I do legs the 2nd time for the week (friday) I by pass squats, as I don't feel I recover enough by then. Closing in on 40 is not fun. ;)

Will be back tomorrow for shoulders and heavy seated press

I have a tendency to gain rapidly, so I do cardio 7 days a week for maintenance. To actually cut, sadly I have to double up am & pm cardio

Day 4

Here was this mornings action:

Cardio warmup
45 minutes 12% 3.8-4.5mph

Shoulders
Seated Press (8 sets) 2 sets @ 205lbs 3 & 2 reps respectively
Behind the back BB Shrugs (5 sets) sets up to 315lbs sets of 8 reps
DB Lateral raise superset (4 sets) 35lbs side and rear laterals each set to failure

Pump was outrageous again, and as an aside, I am finding that the Epic has more cumulative effects than direct effects. What I mean by that is, that the more consistent I am with taking it, the more pronounced the effects are. Today the pump as a result as outrageous.

From a strength perspective I was quite pleased. The 205lbs for 3 & 2 was good considering I only weigh 200 :)

That is a different kind of sore, I love sore muscles. I used X-Factor for 50 days my joints hurt so bad I almost could not stand it. I do how every believe the severity of my pain had to do with age and arthritis.

Day 6

Had a rough night sleep thanks to one of our cats. Been up off and on since 2:30am :aargh:

Cardio:
50 minutes 12% 3.8-4.9mph

Chest:
Incline BP (9 sets) 2 sets @ 275lbs 4 reps and 3 reps respectively
BB Push press (4 sets) 2 sets at 295lbs 2 reps per
Incline db flys (4 sets) 70lbs sets 0f 10-12

Tris:
Close grip bp (6 sets) 3 sets @ 225lbs sets of 7,7,5
2arm db ext super set (4 sets) 75lbs & 50lbs to failure each weight

Absolutely exhausted. I am amazed that I was able to get going at all considering the lack of sleep, but that is a statement I believe to the LG log and the epic.

As mentioned previously, the pump is truly outrageous and I am seeing slow and steady improvements in the endurance aspect of my lifts.

Tomorrow is a hams, light quads and bis day

Day 7

Sorry for the earlier post, was a tad tied up in an education law seminar :(

Here was this am's rundown as I tried something a little different

AM Cardio
50 minutes 12% 3.9-5.0mph

Bi's
Standing alternating curls (4 sets) 45lbs sets of 10
Seated incline curls (4 sets) 45lbs sets of 10
1arm preacher curls (4 sets) 50lbs sets to failure

After each set, I did a set of GHR to hit little hams as well. Quads were still a little sore and I typically try not to hit quads more than once per week.

Day 8

Good afternoon, with some pretty good weights being moved. Amazingly, I weighed in this morning at 196lbs. That is very light for me

Cardio warmup
30 minutes 12% 3.8-4.3mph

Back
Rack pulls (8 sets) 1 set @ 510lbs 1 rep 1 set @ 495lbs 2 reps :woohoo: <mid shin level>
TBar rows (4 sets) sets to failure with 3 45's
Wide chins (5 sets) BW to failure

Shoulders
Giant set "rippers"
30lbs dbs 4 giant sets (side laterals, rear laterals, upright rows, press)

Great sweat and energy. Really pleased with the rack pulls and the numbers. I had not had any intention of going upward of 500lbs, however, when I hit 495 for 2, I figured WTF. :)

Day 9

Here goes....awesome workout today

Cardio Warm Up
30 minutes 12% 3.8-4.5mph

Chest
Flat BP (10 sets) 330lbs 1 rep 1 set @ 315lbs 2 reps :woohoo:
Floor push press (4 sets) sets range 225lbs-275lbs
Incline BP (4 sets) 4 sets @ 225lbs 5 reps per

Tris
Giant set JM Press/CGBP (4 sets) 135, 155, 185, 185 to failure

So thrilled with the lift today. I did 315lbs for 2 prior to going up, but really wanted to take a shot at 330. Considering I weighed in at 196 yesterday, I am pumped as hell.

My motivation was at a real high today.

Tomorrow is "heavy" squats and bis

<legs are now entirely jello>

Bis
Hammer curls (5 sets) 55lbs sets of 8-10

Day 11

Another morning in the books

Cardio warmup
45 minutes 12% 3.8-4.5mph

Shoulders
Seated BB Press (7 sets) 2 sets @ 205lbs 2 reps per
DB Shoulder giant set (4 total giant sets) 30lbs to failure
<did this to really exhaust the overall shoulder>

Modified back routine based on time
Wide chins (4 sets) BW sets of 10-12
Band reverse hyper (3 sets) to failure

Overall pleased with the workout. Even though I was pretty tired heading into the mornings activities, I am happy with the result. The giant sets cause a crazy pump when combined with the products in this log. Tomorrow is a cardio only day, so I will be back on Thursday with a heavy chest day

Day 12-first mediocre workout

Here is the chest/tri day

Cardio
50 minuteds 12% 3.9-4.9mph

Chest
Incline BP (8 sets) 3 sets of 225lbs 5-8 reps per

Tris
JM Press/CGBP superset (5 sets) sets up to 185lbs sets of 5

Morning cardio in. As an aside, we don't have working heat, we are waiting on a new motor, so there goes $700.

The reason I mention it is that it took extra long to build a sweat. I was dressed in a heavy sweatshirt and it still took 20+ minutes to get the sweat going

50 minutes 12% 3.8-4.6mph

Back and shoulders later today
