Crushed back today, just getting to bed. This log may be uneventful for a while. I have a busy couple of weeks and I will be working out daily. Also, I will make sure that I post in here most days.

Well, 2 weeks later. I have been tearing it up in the gym, running stairs as much as I can.

I won't try to recall all of the workouts that I did these past 14 or so days, but I hit it hard, and I will be continuing on my road to recovery

Nice sesh Drew!
Thanks man. I have some right hand numbness today, i can't feel my first three digits, half of my hand, or the side of the fourth digit.
No, not joking. The options are nerve impingement at the shoulder, elbow, or wrist. Can't be the neck

That's odd. What causes that?

My dad had a couple pinched nerves in his neck and he would have numbness all the way from his shoulder to fingertips at times
