Came off a pretty dirty bulk from last month, looking to do some recomping/********ing.
Gained about 2%BF, but a solid 3.5-4lbm in February.
I will be working with a 3 on 1 day off lifting schedule.
Mild cardio every day. 20min-30min.
Nutrition will be generally the same 3 days eating 10% over maintenance, with 1 day below maintenance.
Starting dose of Test Powder(2 scoops) on 3.9.14
Starting dose of Erase(3 caps) when it arrives. (will update date)

I have done hiit before and think it is great. Just want to keep active more frequently. Thanks for the advice tho!

Woke up in the morning and mixed up some Test Powder and Mono Creatine for a preworkout. The flavor was fruit punch, which was fairly good. Not sure how good the mix-ability is as the creatine doesn't mix well at all, but still tolerable.

Session;
5x10 Pull-Up
5x10 Chin-Up
10x10 Squat

10x10 Calf Raiser
20min treadmill walk

Food;
1/2 gallon of milk (spread throughout day)
Snack pack (peanuts, chicken, cheese)

Forgot to post yesterday as I got busy with some stuff I need to figure out as I'm starting my own business. So I will log yesterday and today in this post.

March 10th
Minor headaches today probably because I'm not drinking any caffeine. Mm those withdrawals..

March 11th
Woke up and took my preworkout (test powder +creatine) and crushed the weights. Pretty good day. Got a few new ideas to market my business and looking into ways to do so. Also my Erase came today in the mail and proceeded to knock back 2caps and waited about 4hrs to take 1 more cap.

2x10 concentrated curls
5x10 tri extend
10x10 weighted crunch
25min treadmill

Already have the ****s from 1/2 gallon of milk a day, but it has slowed down. Sounds like a real good stack for hardening and leaning out or maybe a good recomp which is what I'm looking for.

Not much to post today as today was a rest day. Ate a bit below my maintenance, took my daa+erase(2caps) in the morning and another in afternoon. Mainly been working on my site today and organizing my business.

Might be in my head, but I defiantly felt a lot tighter today and my muscles seemed a bit more harder. Hit the weights early in the morning again with my test powder and erase, added 5lbs to my lifts. Finally got my site domain fixed and have my second pc setup mining doge.

Past fees days were pretty busy but amazing. I'm part of the DOGE community, which is a crypto currency, and we raised enough money to build two water drills in Kenya! So, I will make this post for the past two days and make another post for today's later.

Defiantly felt my muscles hardening out unlike their usual pudgy feeling. Destroyed my leg/lower body workout, added in a widow make on my deadlift, just felt the aggression to do so.

Still haven't got used to waking up earlier, but I have been feeling/looking slightly leaner. Checked my weight and about 155lbs, so trying to figure out if I should raise my calories or if that was just water loss?

Took a much needed rest. Evaluating my diet it looks like I'm not going to drop calories too much today, even though I'm losing weight my strength is going up so I might of found a sweet spot plus the erase/test powder is probably aiding in this.

Been pretty busy with school, friends, training, and business, though finally back in. Going to make this a triple post and later on make one for today.

My seconds leg/lower body day of the week. Really had to push through as I'm starting to feel the dry joint issue people are talking about. Knees are creaking like an old door that needs some WD40.

Knee defiantly better today and not inflamed anymore. Took a bunch of fish oils yesterday to combat this issue and today as well. Not feeling 100% today because I think I caught something but still smashed through the weights.
