Came off a pretty dirty bulk from last month, looking to do some recomping/********ing.
Gained about 2%BF, but a solid 3.5-4lbm in February.
I will be working with a 3 on 1 day off lifting schedule.
Mild cardio every day. 20min-30min.
Nutrition will be generally the same 3 days eating 10% over maintenance, with 1 day below maintenance.
