Hey guys glad to be logging it up again.... I decided to log myself wasn't chosen by anyone. So with that being said this is unsponsored.

I decided to start off tonight my dosing to get it ready for the morning. I will be using PRIME + Versa1 until it is gone then Compound20 and something else that is not USPLabs product or might be depending on what I pick.

I took 3 caps PRIME with dinner. Tomorrow morning pre workout is 30-45 prior Peak400, APE test booster and Versa1. 10-15prior a thermo plus amino blend = 280 caffeine and other goodies. Intra will be Glutatren.

Post workout 20min before breakfast is a protein shake and 2 caps SlinShot. Breakfast normally consist of yogurt or fruit with a cereal or granola. Through the day at least 1 gal water and normally leftover for lunch I will try and update food as I go. Midday, depending on how tired I am I will take ErgoShred it's a mix raspberry ketone little caffeine and other stuff. At night normally a mixed blend protein, Elite XT.

Have been taking prime and versa1 per instructions. I had some bad head aches yesterday so I took Hawthorne berry yesterday and today to try and battle that.

At it again, today using GameDay preworkout. I can't stand fruit punch but I needed to use the last scoop and make room for something else.

No intra today, I need to get something soon. My wife and I have grown to like them. It's either that or a Gatorade or poweraide which I don't like to use.

I do have some supp questions, as always.


Prime and Versa1 good combo? How do I incorporate the 6/9 protocol? I hit the gym at 5am.... Would I take pre then again with breakfast(would be 2 hrs later)?

I saw where someone was mentioning that prime sometimes has a GDA effect. I am using for some meals SlinShot. Does that counteract each other? Or wasting supps?

Yup legs have failed me. I am good when constantly moving but when I sit for longer then 5 minutes and try to get up.... Well I walk like a duck. I am so sore, well I did something right. Now lets see how the chest feels tomorrow. I have to hit the gym tomorrow because Saturday and Sunday we are going away. Saturday night and Sunday morning will be my off day from Prime.

PRIME®/VERSA-1™ is an excellent combo for size and strength, plus you should feel pretty good overall on that combination, in and out of the gym. With the 6/9 protocol, in your case you'd take your first serving before training, third serving with an evening meal, and second serving with a meal about midway in between those two. No, you should be fine with the SlinShot. Whatever effect PRIME® has in that area isn't very profound, so SlinShot will be by far the main player. They won't counteract each other in any way.

No head aches only had it for the first few days then it tapered off. Not sure the cause but I took the Hawthorne berry for 3days.

I am enjoying the combo and look forward to Compound 20 in another ... 9/10 days.

I'd have to say weights were not extreme. I kept it slow and focused. I wanted to feel the muscle contracting.... Needless to say I was feeling strong.

I wish I could, little tight right now.... I have few bottles of other stuff. Alpha T2 and Alphamine will probably be my stack, with Compound 20. I have some other thermos, just not sure what I want to use.

Today was a slow and concentrated day.


Couple of rotator movements = warm up. 4sets to loosen and strengthen that freakin muscle that has, in the past, caused me much issue. Mainly because my barbell grip was way to wide putting excess stress in that area. I realized this after 8weeks with a trainer, had him critique my form.

That's great Budman. September 14th leaves plenty of time to prepare. I've always thought those "tough mudder" type competitions looked fun, but haven't participated in one.

Compound 20 usually "kicks in" around the 2 week point for me. You could start now if you'd like, but I'd personally wait until after VERSA-1™ and PRIME® are finished. You're making solid progress man; stay focused on your diet and training, and enjoy the beach. :cool:

Right on... Ill be going to the beach again next month so it'll be perfect... I just didn't know I 5days before I run out I should start compound 20. Guess you'd say like a loadin phase. Wasn't sure if that how one transitions from one to another.

Very cool. I can't wait to hit the beach soon man. Overlapping the products isn't necessary, but you certainly could do it. By the time you notice some effects of the first stack fade, Compound 20's may start being noticed either way. Waiting would extend your run and give you more time to make progress while using the supplements. It comes down to personal preference.

No gym today had to get the junk to the scrap yard. Making cash and spending it... Went to Home Depot right after to get supplies for some house work, that's what I call Father's Day fun. Work.
