Sorry if this posts twice. I thought i posted it but it isnt showing so ill re do it. First off, I wanna say a HUGE thank you to PES and SS for letting me log DAA and Anabeta!!! I just finished my Alpha T2 and Anabeta Elite stack a month ago and now onto bulking. I will be doing 5x5 training but a modified version. I like to add one additional exercise to each muscle group but not always. depends how much time i have to workout since im in nursing school. gotta get my study on! I will lay out my supplements at the bottom of this paragraph. I train Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Time varies. I have been on this training routine for 2 weeks so I will also post my numbers tonight and will weigh in tomorrow. I am doing a clean bulk. After my cut, i got down to i think 182 (will have to check my log) and have been recomping since. Tomorrow starts my bulk (diet wise). remember, im doing a clean bulk, not dirty.
