Alpha T-2 review and Log

Hi

My Alpha T-2 from PES has arrived today, so I am starting a log to keep progress of my reduction in BF%

I took 1/2 this morning to measure tolerance and no effect whatsoever. I will take a whole one now !!

I will measure my BF% tomorrow !!

My current stack

11-Sterone (11-OXO)
H-drol
Cycle Assist
Liv-52
Horny Goat Weed (runs out tomorrow)
CLA
Fish Oil
Whey Isolate

Welcome to AM. :)

Is your current stack what you are finishing now before taking AT2 or what you will run simultaneously to AT2?

My concern is the inclusion of 11-OXO and HDrol are going to skew your results. It would be like me logging AnaBeta during or immediately after a Superdrol run.

Simultaneously to AT2 !!

I am on my 3rd week of 11-oxo & 1st week of Hdrol with no reduction in BF%, a bit more endurance on the cardio, not much difference in lifting though :(

so I though I would give AT2 a try.... :)

you should think about getting some glutamine 2, I use up your mass protien by MHP half servings. It has everything mixed in it already plus thoses pricey BCAAs. I just bought (3) 5lbs tubs on amazon for 80bucks.. <tastes good too!> it is a weight gainer, but who needs 4 scoops two times a day. lol I take a scoop in the am and a scoop after the gym.

Glutamine is very expensive for a dose that provides worth while benefit and those benefits often have limited application to bodybuilding.

I use it, but for most people they would do better putting their money elsewhere in my opinion.

Week 2 of Alpha T-2 Test

Unfortunately I have not been able to measure by BF% yet.....

But I feel leaner, The sweating was very mild the last week

I have now increased to 2 on waking up & 1 6hours later

On 2 separate days I have felt massive increase in libido...The other days No :(

I have upped the 11-Sterone(11-OXO) 600mg (8caps) and the H-drol to 75mg (3caps) split morning & afternoon

Diet is very Good as I do not feel very hungry most days. Only on 2 days did I feel ravenous !!

Training Regime has been weak....Still doing mild cardio (bicycle ride for 40 minutes 2x a day) :(

Lifting has been Stronger, recovery time shorter, I feel like I can go heavier on the sets.

Finally measured my BodyFat Percentage


using proper calipers and done by a


PT at my gym !!





We did the Jacson Pollock 4 site test





Results are 19.01 % Body fat





Only 9% to go to reach 10% Yeah !!!!

I have been thinking about getting a Better Body Fat test...I researched various methods and the Charles Poliquin Bisignature seems very good
It takes measuremenst from 12 points in your body for a more accuate measure and its also performed by a qualified PT using the high quality Harpenden calipers

The program is 12 weeks, today was my 1st day, I revisit my PT every 2 weeks and he takes a new measurement...

16.4% BodyFat
79.4 Kilos Weight

PS: The PT who took the measurements could not believe it either...he had to take the measurements twice in some places

I am on my 4th day of my second Bootle of Alpha T-2
I am now on Zinc supplementation and Fish Oil supplements
Diet has changed in the last 2 weeks, I have been having meat and nuts as recommended by Charles Poliquin

One thing I would like to mention is that the bootle of Alpha T-2 tells you not to eat anything carbs for 1 hour after taking the first 2capsules in the morning....this is a bit difficult because as soon as I wake up I have to have these 2 capsules with some water....eventhough I am hungry and I want to have my meat and nuts I have to wait until the Alpha T-2 has started working(30m to 45m for me) then I can eat something....
The times that I have eaten something the alpha T-2 HAS NOT WORKED for me.....
So do follow this instructions properly in order for the supplement to have full effect :)
