Most things look in range at first glance.

BUN and creatinine are a touch high BUT that is most likely due to the fact that you trained 1-2 days prior to getting the blood work? Intense training can raise those levels and of course a high protein intake too. AST and ALT, which are some liver markers, show as high but they are not that high nor really cause for concern based on my understanding - the are also most likely elevated from training if you did 1-2 days prior to getting blood work done.

Were you fast when you had you had the blood work? If so your blood glucose level, in my opinion, is a touch high. If you weren't fasted then nothing to worry about.

Are you currently running any anabolics?

Then that is most likely why the glucose is highish. Your resting levels arnt that high then, probably.

And that will certainly account for the elevated AST/ALT, BUN and creatinine.

With those things considered I would say that this report shows you healthy on paper.

phew that could have been close
Ehhh even if you hadn't trained before they still wouldn't V overly concerning. Certainly you would want to follow up with your doctor and make sure he knew and listen to what he said and felt but it is not like those numbers are super dangerously high.
