Another LGD 4033 Thread + question about arimacare pro + test base

Hi im' starting soon an lgd cycle of 8 week 4/4/4/8/8/8/8/8 what do you think of this dosage?

I have a bottle of dermacrine or 11 ketospray, how can I put them in the best way in the cycle (one of two)
I also Arimacare Pro, I thought to dose 4 capsules daily for 8 weeks,is needed?
