best way to dose dmz for my first cycle?

Just wondering I have dmz an wicked pct on hand.. An eliminate from ol for on cycle if needed, plus my nolva should be in about two weeks from now, I really don't know how to run this for being at 20mgs a pill an the half life is like 16hours. Soo should I run it 40/40/40/40 or 20/40/40/40/60 if I have enough or six's weeks at at 20? Or idk lol I really would like some suggestions.

I ran 15 for a week, then 30 for 4 weeks- so 5 weeker in total and gained 10 solid lean pounds. I'm 175lbs for reference. 40mg would be ideal if you are 200 plus I'd say
