Training While On Cycle

Hey everyone,

Just wondering how you alter your training patterns when on cycle. I normally lift 5 days a week. but while on cycle I've been lifting six times. Do you change how many sets you do, etc?

Exactly what he said.

I was trying to cut when i started my cycle then i realized why waste this muscle building ability while on cycle. I can always cut off cycle.

I do 3-4, I find that I need more recovery while on cycle I tend to get more pains and joint issues so 3-4 days is perfect for me. But then again depends on what I'm training for.
