HCG and extreme temperatures, should I be concerned?

I just received an order of HCG through the mail. Everything appears to be in order, except that the HCG was shipped to my mailbox in extremely cold temperatures, as low as -30 degrees Celsius. The solvent (bacteriostatic water I assume) was frozen at this point.

While I'm not overly worried about the solvent freezing, as it thawed out fine in the fridge overnight, I am wondering whether I should be concerned about the HCG having been subjected to the extreme cold, as the bottle states to store between 2 and 15 degrees Celsius. Will the low temperature exposure have harmed the HCG in any fashion?
