First time questions

Im looking to gain strength mass and endurance while cutting up on a cycle. i am 5'10 180 16 years old. I need to cut up and put on mass for lacrosse. Can someone lay out a good beginner stack with PCT and everything i need to know. I used the search button and found some stff nothing that really fits what im looking for thanks. Also if i am too young can you recommend me to something else that would help me. I am ON's 100% whey protien pro complex right now im just looking for a faster alternative. I workout 3-5 days a week and do cardio every workout day for 20-30 mins.

First off... you are too young.. second you didn't read the rules of the forum about underage usage..

What does you diet look like.. if it is like a bunch of the 16 year olds I know.. then that is the first place to start..

Now, I am going to close this thread.. you need to open another on in the diet section of the board. Also, just so you know, if you post in this section again, you may get banned..
