Trying to Understand Aromatase Inhibitors

So I know that it's a good idea to have an AI on hand in case of gyno, but I'm finding trouble attaining info on them. Not so much as to how they work, but whether or not they're available OTC or whether or not to take, even without a gyno issue, to prevent water retention.

I didn't use one for my last, test C only, cycle. I never had any issues and honestly don't care much about water retention. But with my upcoming cycle, which includes Deca and a Dbol kickstart, I want to be as prepared as possible for any sides.

Looking for some input and thanks in advance for the help fellas.

There are a lot of AI's around, some OTC, some research chems also. Typically arimidex is used to control estrogen on cycle.

How do you feel the OTCs hold up against the research chems?

That's a complex comparison, multiple OTC's, multiple RC's, different dosing schemes, different price points, different strengths.

Just get some adex, lol.
