When making your injectable, the choice of oil may have an impact on the pharmacokinetics of your product. In the literature you can find examples of for instance testosterone enanthate where the half life of the product differed by two or three days depending on the oil that was used. Generally castor oil is considered a good choice for a slower release pattern.

Based on pharmacokinetic data I have always recommended test enth to be injected only once a week, while some claim superior results with multiple injections. This may be due to a difference in oil and a resulting difference in release time.

Do you think that castor oil could allow for EOD injections when using test base or 4AD base (as opposed to ED or 2X/day)??

Nope, bases only operate for a few hours tops. Castor oil would only extend it a few hours. However with bases, these peaks can be beneficial to the anabolic response and are not really an issue. They are also often combined with a longer acting product stability.

Using castor oil to make injections eod instead of ed is counterproductive, since you'd be confronted with more painful injections, having to use a much larger needle than with a water base.
