Back in my glory days this was perfect for a midnight snack or before bed
1/2 Cup Lowfat cottage cheese
table spoon of pure cocoa powder
packet of artificial sweetner
spoon of chunky peanut butter
and a 1/2 scoop or whole scoop of whey protein
mix it all together add more of peanut butter or sweetner to taste,
but you will enjoy, let me know if you like
later
