Surgery for loose skin after fat loss? Or simply tightened up with time, diet and AAS use?

Yeah it tightened up over time plus some Vitamin E lotions and some peptides to increase GH levels helped.

Well it took about 2 years to get to the stage carb cycling seemed to work for me. I ran PES shift & Erase and Epistane the last 6 weeks of contest prep. Along with the normal staples ECA, SNS creatine mono & a ton of other SNS stuff all the normal stuff after that ON whey so on...

Honestly it would have taken less time if I had learned to diet sooner but luckily I met a great prep coach and he had me dialed in and I learned a lot about diets from him!

Now the question is do I stay in physique and focus on aesthetic or put on some real mass so I can move to heavy weight bodybuilding?

How did ECA work for you? I'm assuming good judging from your pics. I've always wanted to give it a go to finish up a nice cut but never gave it a shot.
Yes, diet plays a huge roll on physique and the more you learn the faster and easier it is.

I'd say move up to heavy weight and see how that goes. You pretty much have a very good physique. Now to see how u can add some more mass.

ECA is about my favorite thing on earth I am ADHD and clen aggravated those symptoms yet ECA helps with the cut while helping me focus and stay on task honestly it feels better then my ritalin just not as strong stim wise. Pes shift, erase, epistane and eca is a cutting monster!

Great job, that's a solid transformation for sure. I used ECA for contest prep numerous times and loved it, but it really boils down to nutrition and meal timing IMO

It was a long diet, I changed between keto and carb cycling a few times..with a break here and there along the way.

Starting another contest prep very shortly I'm considering a log of the whole thing from start to finish. 16 weeks what I use and training / diet program.

I live on the Gold Coast usually but have been relocated for work to a small town called moranbah in Queenslands central west. Where's your family?

I know you've said you're on HRT. Were you on HRT during this transformation? Just curious

No my test levels were low 300 range, but I did cycle on and off at that time. I did move to straight HRT but that was expected as half my family is on HRT. I just started a bit earlier due to some bad habits eating so on which caused the before photo. Now I just cycle my PH's come off and go back on Hrt.

I would say keep going physique. The bigger you get or want to get as a bodybuilder just means how much drugs do you want to take and imo is dumb. Ain't no skill in becoming a drug monkey.
