Slinmax dosing

I’m doing a all inclusive weekend trip soon and got Slinmax to combat some of the food abuse.

I never used a GDA before and have questions of when I should take it and how often? I would guess that it'll be cheat meal to every meal, lol!

You have to options..

You can take 2 pills 15 minutes prior to whichever 2 meals you feel will be your largest carb wise.

I personally would probably do 1 cap 4x a day 15 mins to a meal containing at least 25g of carbs. This will probably be best option since you are at an all inclusive.

Thanks, dosing 1 cap before every meal is probably what will do.

How would you recommend dosing on a regular day or on a low card day?

Low carb days I would only take 1 cap prior to any meal over 25g. If all your carbs come from 1 meal that day, you can take 2 pills prior, if over 50g. Really depends on how low you are going. And how your normal day is structured.
