blooshred/epilogue/assassinate question

I searched all of the Q&As and forum, but couldn't find this particular stack. I was looking at Bloodshred War, epilogue and assassinate stacked. What do you guys think of these together? I am 5'10, about 180 and 13-14% BF. I weight train 2 days a week and BJJ 4 days a week.

I guess you're trying to recomp, right?

Yeah, I don't want to go under at least 175lbs. I try to stay under 190 for BJJ tourneys

The stack can work wonders for your goals, I don't know your current eating habits, but I'd personally opt for a high protein/moderate carbs/low fat diet with the aforementioned supplements.
