Is there a way to speed up the drowsy effects? Breaking open caps and downing the powder?
I usually try to sleep right when I get home from work and I don't have time to wait 1 or 2 hours before it gets me tired. And don't think I should take it at work then drive home lol

Not worth the risk under any circumstances for me. Have fallen asleep while driving before...not fun.
Been just taking another sleep aid that knocks me out and then this to hopefully improve the quality of sleep/help me sleep longer. Ideally I'd rather not have to take that other sleep aid.
Thinking opening caps and just taking the powder will help work faster? Or is this not recommended due to losing effectiveness?

beside the probably awful taste i can tell you that your stomach acid dissolves these capsules in no time. if you burp lets say 10-15 minutes after you have taken the capsules on an empty stomach, i think you should taste the valeriana (yes, it seems that this herb has the most intense taste). you can speed it up if you drink something warm/hot. the stomach acid is a very harsh acid.
and if you are afraid of any risk - take it 20 minutes before you reach your house. this way it is literally impossible that you feel something, even on a completely empty stomach

I have taken Amnes1a for a week and it is by far the best sleep aid I've used so far. I cashed in on a good deal on Iron Addicts Midnight Dream and have two unopened tubs that will probably sit there for a long time as I keep buying Amnes1a. It has no phenibut so I'm never groggy and I feel like I got good sleep in the morning, even when only getting between 6-7 hours. The most telling sign for me, though, is that I have been dreaming every night and I remember them when I wake up. I usually only wake up feeling like I dreamt once per month or less. My wife and I regularly joke about it. My normal routine is I close my eyes and then boom, it's morning. Amnes1a has changed that and I love it.
Endur3 and Amnes1a will be my go-tos in both supplement categories for the foreseeable future. Great job, OL.
(Side note: I also take 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar with mother in 8 oz of water before sleep, so that might have a part in it as well)

Retrace, then return. Time won't take us back.""

This sounds interesting.
How do you guys feel this interact with stims?
My problem is that Iím addicted to stims and overdose more than not and have hard time to sleep because of it. Will this over come some of that? I understand I canít take a bunch of stims and then take this 5 min later and expecting to sleep but you know what I mean.

I consume my pre around 6:45pm, usually get to the gym around 7:15pm and am home around 9pm. I take 4 caps of Amnes1a around 10pm and start to feel the effects around 45 mins later. At that point I go lay down and throw something bland on tv and am usually out 30 to 40 minutes later.
Sorry for the all detail but wanted to highlight the sequence of events so you get a idea of my timing. I am like you and enjoy my stims, so my pres are mostly on the stonger/stim junkie side of the fence
