So I made my first purchase from Nutriverse on 7/12. The banner across the top of the page said to order before 5pm EST and they will ship same day. I went ahead and bought two bottles of follidrone on sale, and I ended up deciding to toss in a bottle of SNS TTA also. My bachelor party was about 4.5 weeks from the day I made the purchase and was excited to try TTA for the first time to "tighten up" a bit before I leave.
My product didn't ship same day, even though both were listed as in stock on the website - it took 2 days to ship it out. A little annoying, but not the end of the world.
I paid extra for 2 day shipping thinking it would send out Wednesday and I'd have it Friday or Saturday worst case. It didn't show up until Monday....again not the worst thing in the world but a little annoying. I open the envelope and only the Follidrone is in there, no TTA. Nobody called or emailed to say there was an issue, they just sent what they had and never told me not to expect the TTA. This was more annoying to me because I literally ONLY bought the TTA for my bachelor party and now I'm running out of time....
I get in touch with Customer Service through the chat on the web page and he says "oh yeah the TTA! Thats been backordered! We hope to get it back by the end of the week!". So I bought this product thinking I'd have it by 7/14, and now they say best case they will have it in stock by 7/22. So the product I ordered on 7/12 that was supposed to ship same day and get to me by 7/15 isn't going to arrive until (best case) 7/25. To add insult to injury, amazon prime has SNS TTA for cheaper and free 2 day prime shipping (I'm a prime member).
The customer service agent apologized and said he would be happy to send me a "more premium product" to make it up to me, but said he would need to forward it to a product specialist who could recommend me something and "make things right for me". I did so and haven't heard back 24 hours later....
Is this normal for them? it seems I'm not the only person with this experience.....you'd think they would have let me know on 7/12 the item was backordered and gave me the option to cancel, wait for it, or replace it.
I'm just ticked off I guess, by the time i get this TTA I will have 2 weeks or less to use it before my trip. Now I have to wait weeks to get something I could have ordered through prime and I didn't even "need" in the first place. 2 weeks from purchase to "best case scenario" receiving a product is definitely lame. I tried to reach out to customer service and get it rectified, nothing. I've had small issues with nutraplanet/bb.com orders before and the service was much better.
Even with a sale, I am definitely disappointed with the entire experience. I don't think I'd order back again
