Okay guys, I'm thinking of just eating 100% clean and having a rough idea of calories and stuff but what would happen if I ate clean, lots (6 meals a day) with lots of fiber and water, trained and did cardio?

Would I gain lots of fat or because I'm somewhat new to lifting would I gain some muscle and loose fat at the same time?

Backround info:

Height: 5'6"
Weight:201 lbs
Bodyfat:18-20%

Thanks, Mike

Well if you're eating clean, 6 times a day, with diet and exercise, it shouldn't be adding too much in the way of fat.

The "quick" method (based on total bodyweight)
A fast and easy method to determine calorie needs is to use total current body weight times a multiplier.

Fat loss = 12 - 13 calories per lb. of bodyweight
Maintenance = 15 - 16 calories per lb. of bodyweight
Weight gain: = 18 - 19 calories per lb. of bodyweight
So for maintenance example would be 201lb x 15 = 3015 calories/day

And a 40/40/20 split of protien/carbs/fat is a good start for your macros.

Good luck bro, eating clean is definately worth it.

Alright thanks man, I was going to go on a keto diet but it's too much work I'd rather just eat and not count every ****ing calorie that I eat.

I honestly don't see the point in cycling cutting and bulking unless you are training for a show.

Eat right, Train hard.
