How accurate is google?

Before I started using MyFitnessPal to log my food I was using google and a piece of paper to find everything out. The main difference was the protein I thought I was getting from my chicken breast vs what the app told me. Is google pretty accurate when it comes to calculating macros?

I have found that between Fitness Pal and Google its very rare I tend to have errors. However, I try to get my nutrition info from the label directly as much as possible.

Just scan the barcode for anything in a packet bro?

Chicken is chicken, you’ll get some variance depending on quality but not enough to make a difference imo

As long as it says there’s maybe 30g maximum in 4oz chicken breast then it’s correct.

I have regularly found things I googled do not match store labels and fitness calc. Not a huge difference most of the time
