The graze brand is a weird one, some of their stuff (nuts/beans/corn) is good but some of their flapjack type things are loaded with sugar......protein content compared to overall calories is normally quite low as well

love taking stuff like these on trips away from home. or just eating them at home sometimes like before bed

Yeah I only buy the nuts they do other stuff loaded with blocks cheese and flapjack , nuts just nice to have lil snacks

Real good man , £1.20 a box or bag £2.50 I think
