Question guys, my brother has to lose weight because he has a fatty liver. He also has high blood pressure and slightly high cholesterol. Is it healthy for him to be able to use whey protein? Can he use it as much as he wants, or maybe just limiting it? Any help is appreciated.

should be fine, look for lower sodium ones
