missing item

Any NP reps on here that can help me?. I received an order about a week ago (#547821). Received it pretty quickly but was short one bar of Java lather. Emailed customer service (sales@nutraplanet) but haven't heard anything back. I've placed an order since then, which got shipped yesterday but I don't know if they got the message of the missing item. Also, I keep getting emails saying my discount code is about to expire, but I never get the code to use. Other than that, using NP has been great, good prices and fast shipping. Any help would be great. Feel free to pm me if needed. Thanks

Send them a message through Facebook...they reply pretty quickly. The discount code email always ends up in my Spam folder...go look for it there.
