Really need some insights

Long story short,

I was obese as a kid, as in 40 inch waist by 8th grade

In high school I started to run everyday, play basketball and eat very little.

I had zero nutritional knowledge which meant that I ate a low protein, low fat, high carb diet.

By the time I was in college I was skinny fat

Couple of years later

I track macros and calories
I been lifting very consistently for 2 years

I'm trying to get rid of my love handles and my body is fighting back HARD HARD HARD

Started cut at 170lbs I'm eating 1800 cals a day and am now(about 3 months in) at 165lbs and I'm always hungry, always cranky

Need help peeps

High Bar squat-245lbs 1rpm
Deadlift Conventional-335lbs 1rpm
Close grip Bench-205lbs 3rpm
OHP- 140lbs 1rpm
Dips- BW+80lbs 3rpm
