I got my bottle of this one, and daaaaaaaaaamn, I still love me some citruvol and the addition of the beta alanine just adds such a nice pop to this one.
once I get my RPG I'll be experimenting with some dosing schemes, and with possibly having a decent time off (fingers crossed for a full time position somewhere) I will be trying some functional/crossfit type training, as long as I can build the materials. I state this because I'm thinking along with lines of C.V02 pre-workout, RPG/Rag intra-workout, then RPG post workout, something like that, whatever the case, I'll report my findings.
