Cortisol

I know Armour can be perscribed for Thyroid and obviously Testtoserone for Testosterone problems, but what about Cortisol. I havnt heard of anything that can lower cortisol levels. Imeditation, reducing stress, ect the only things for it?

First find out if cortisoll levels need to be lowered. It might suprise you and you be actually be low.

One way I read about is to take Cortisol HC this shuts down the ACTH from your pituitary to your adrenals and they slow down.

And think of all those trying to sell "stress hormone lowering" supplements.

I wondered about that Dr John.......I have low cortisol as well and am under a lot of stress, which probably caused the low cortisol.

What if I took a cortisol lowering substance that lowered my already low cortisol.......

I have heard cortisol is the one hormone we absolutely can not live without.

When are they low all day long or at specfic times.
thyroid drives adrenals and vice versa

Phosphoserine can actually help to the sensitivity of hypothaluamus to the hormones so it can be used in both high and low cortisol (maybe not as much wouild be needed)

Nope. HC at 20mg BID does not suppress the system.

Try phosphatidylserine at 300mg QD.
