So I’ve battled with some pretty severe joint and muscle pain for a number of years and have never really been able to pinpoint the cause(s) and just chalked it up to having been a college football player and alway pushing myself as hard as possible.... got a physical for the first time in years and my CK levels came back at 445..more than double the accepted high end of normal. 200 points over. Indicating that my muscles are in fact severely damaged.... this is very surprising considering that I don’t train with weights more than 2-3xa week now, use a variety of recover and health supplements, and only do hiit and liss 1-2x per week. Wondering if anyone has had experience with such high ck levels and corresponding muscle and joint pain....
