So I tore my distal bicep tendon and I had surgery last week. Iíve been doing legs, stationary bike, abs, and the stair master for now. I get my cast off soon and move on to a limitation brace for awhile. I know I canít lift upper body for awhile but just curious if anyone has suffered from this or a similar upper body injury. And has any other ideas for workouts or exercise I can incorporate so I can continue to grow and gain and still burn body fat.
