I have a trap nerve in back of my shoulder anything you can all recommended to help with this ?

Chiropractor.. Anti Inflammatory's? See a Doctor? Your best getting it checked.. I dont think much can be done for trapped nerves mind but aint no harm in asking

Cheers man , yeah it’s been lingering for months, now training solid again seems to off got worse doctor it is then
